Beta64 – WarioWare Inc. / Sound Bomber

New episode on the development of WarioWare Inc.!

This episode was so much fun to make! I always wanted to know about the development of WarioWare Inc., and this was my chance. The unused stuff took a little bit longer than I expected, due to some inaccurate info on TCRF. But I managed to fix it up, and finish the video. 🙂

Seems like I’ve been able to get more content out recently, which is good, but college life is really starting to take most of my time. I haven’t even begun on another Beta64 episode yet! I’m probably going to create a mini next and then work on a full episode, but we’ll see.

I’m super excited to see what 2017 holds!!

Beta64 – Diddy Kong Racing / Pro Am 64

New episode on the development of Diddy Kong Racing!

It’s another long episode this time everyone! I didn’t expect this episode to be this long (or take this long to make), but the more I researched, the more I found. And soon, the video was over 30 minutes long! There’s a lot of cool info packed into this video, though. The game started out as an RTS game with cavemen; Diddy wasn’t originally in the game; and there are roughly 6 unused tracks too.

So, I really hope you enjoy learning all about the creation of DKR! 😀

Beta64 – Super Mario World

New episode on the development of Super Mario World!

So, this video is a pretty major one. It’s the 64th video I’ve uploaded, the longest episode I’ve made so far, and it’s already gotten roughly 750,000 views in a couple weeks. WOW! I never expected how popular this video would be.

It took me about 2 months to create this video, and the script is 11 pages long. Even though it was a ton of work to create and edit, it was completely worth it, because it turned out even better than I expected.

I hope enjoy the video. 🙂

Beta64 – Professor Layton and the Curious Village

Enjoy this episode on the creation of Professor Layton and the Curious Village for the Nintendo DS system!

Okay, first, you have to know that I love the Layton series. It is one of my favorite game series of all time, and it’s not just because I really enjoy brainteasers. Really, what makes the Layton series so good is the storyline. I won’t spoil it for you, but, really, if you haven’t played a game in the series before, do yourself a favor and get a copy of Curious Village.

So, when I counted up the votes from the Challeng campaign and saw that Curious Village won, I was overjoyed! Finally, a chance to pay homage to an incredible series of games. I was worried that I couldn’t do the game justice, but in the end, I’m super proud of the final video. It tells a great story of how Hino (president of Level-5) fulfilled his childhood dreams. And even through much adversity, at the end of the day, he and his team created something truly beautiful.

Please, enjoy the video. 🙂

Beta64 – Mario Kart: Double Dash!!

New video on the development of Mario Kart: Double Dash!!

Sorry about the late post. Things have just been absolutely crazy with E3 2016 and all the videos I have to make from the footage and interviews we got. I honestly am going to need to just take a day and relax. But anywho, I am very proud of this video. It took a lot of going through footage to find many of the small changes. There was only about 2-3 minutes of E3 footage of Double Dash, but it still took a few days to go through it all. Good things take time.

Thanks so much for continuing to watch Beta64!
